Ametek Test & Calibration Instruments-Americas has announced LLOYDS universal testing machines for force measurement and material testing applications within the packaging industry. The test systems are used to verify package integrity and suitability for transportation, storage and for safety and consumer protection. When combined with the Ametek NEXYGENPlus material test and data analysis software, the system is used to test pharmaceutical and food packaging, cosmetic and medical device packaging, general purpose containers, induction seal caps and more as well as ensuring that their products meet their requirements and international testing standards.
