Monitored directional control valves

General DPN

Universal Hydraulics International has announced a line of monitored directional control valves. The valves have the ability to indicate when the spool is at rest (with de-energized solenoids) through the inclusion of an inductive proximity switch.

The PNP sensor, through an electronic logic, can provide feedback indicating the spool position. Available in sizes from D03 to D08 with operating pressures to 6000 psi and flows to 160 gpm, the monitored valves can be supplied with spool configurations to meet either “block or bleed” type circuits in both single and double solenoid modals. A variety of solenoid coil voltages in both ac and dc configurations are available.
