Fluid Power Eaton Piston Motor

Eaton's Hydre-MAC motor update includes a standard hollow shaft with shrink disc coupling.

Eaton’s Hydre-MAC MotorEaton launches five new displacement sizes for its Hydre-MACTM low-speed, high-torque (LSHT) direct drive, radial piston motor. Now available in eight sizes, including 13, 16, 20, 25, 30, 36, 42  and 50 liters per revolution, the Hydre-MAC motor displacement options provide flexibility for heavy equipment manufacturers in the pulp and paper, offshore and mining industries. The Hydre-MAC motor update also includes a standard hollow shaft with shrink disc coupling and several optional features, such as shaft encoders, integral multi-disc brakes and internal or external spline shafts. The Hydre-MAC motor can adjust to deliver the right torque for the application. The new displacement sizes provide a full range of options, with each motor delivering constant power with a range of torques depending on the speed of the machine. In all, Hydre-MAC motor can deliver up to 900 kilowatts (kW) of power and up to 280,000 Newton meters (Nm) of torque at maximum pressures up to 350 bar.
