With nearly 100 years of experience in precision metal stamping production, Boker’s satisfies complex, intricate stamping applications. Designed as a quick-reference tool, the Stampings Brochure contains a glossary of more than 100 common terms and a base element index, as well as a gauge decimal equivalents chart. It also features Boker’s special programs to enhance product quality and customer convenience, including Statistical Process Control (S.P.C.), which verifies that manufacturing processes are efficient and effective. The brochure also details Boker’s Dock-to-Stock and Just-in-Time programs that accommodate flexible and diverse delivery requirements. The brochure highlights Boker’s extensive custom stamping capabilities in a complete range of sizes including: Flat blanking and piercing up to 12 inches by 12 inches; Metal forming in thicknesses from 0.005 inches to 0.134 inches; Draws up to 3 inches deep and 8 inches in diameter. New this year, Boker’s now offers additive manufacturing (3D printing) to provide users with 3D prototypes. Utilizing a Stratasys 3D printer, Boker’s takes the guesswork out of customized products and allows customers to test parts for form, fit and function prior to the production of an actual stamped part.
