Hinged Shaft Collars

Stafford Manufacturing Corp. introduced a line of hinged shaft collars that feature a triple-link hinge and a captive clamping screw but provide the same holding power as standard two-piece collars. Available with square, hex, round, and threaded bores, the shaft collars are available in 25 sizes from 3/8-inch to 4-inch I.D. and 16 metric sizes from 6 mm to 50 mm. Offered in steel and two grades of stainless steel, the collars can be modified with tapped holes for attaching sensors.
