Keyless Bushings

Zero-Max introducred heavy duty models of its ETP Express keyless shaft bushings — available in 20, 40 and 60 mm sizes – that provide up to four times the radial load capacity of the standard ETP Express models, the company says. Providing concentricity to .001 inch T.I.R., the bushings handle torque ranges from 40 to 6400 lbs.

An Allen wrench is the only tool required to torque, mount and lock the bushings into place. They don’t require no lubrication and can handle a temperature range from -22°F to 180°F. In addition to new heavy duty sizes, they are available in a full range of inch and metric sizes and in stainless steel metric sizes.
