Carbon Composite 3D Printer

Markforged’s Onyx One 3D printer was designed to print black carbon composite parts. The Onyx series 3D printer is optimized for the production of end-use parts. The Onyx One features a single print head designed uniquely to create parts with the company’s ultra strong Onyx chopped carbon fiber filament. This desktop 3D printer system offers a 320 mm x 132 mm x 154 mm build volume and a Z layer resolution of 100 micron. The Onyx series is equipped with Turbo Print through the company’s Eiger software. Combining innovations in material delivery and software, Turbo Print enables a 2x increase in print speed with no loss of surface quality or resolution.  This system requires no post processing, products can be taken directly off the printer and go straight into service.
