Vision Measuring System

Mitutoyo Canada’s Quick Vision Active CNC vision measuring system is an easy-to-operate, space saving model with advanced functionality. The Quick Vision Active offers a wide view field with interchangeable objective zoom lens. A large working distance of 74mm (using the 1X objective) practically eliminates the risk of damaging the objective or workpiece by accidental collision. The simple but advanced platform includes a one-click high-accuracy measurement option ideal for beginners, as well as support for handling complicated measuring items by automatic measurement. Quick Vision Active is available with measuring ranges of 250x200x150 or 400x400x200 (XYZ), with or without touch-probe measuring option. Other features include 3 white LED light sources, 4-quandrant fixed while LED, flexibility of magnifications and precision thanks to 8 position zoom options, high-definition colour camera, QVPAK software with available vision/touch-probe combination measurement models.
