SELF-CLINCHING FLUSH-HEAD STAINLESS STEEL STUDS

The PEM Type FHP self-clinching flush-head studs for use in thin stainless sheets are said to exhibit high hardness and provide high corrosion resistance. The studs are formed from specialty stainless steel for use in sheet hardness of 92 or less on the Rockwell "B" scale. They mount flush and permanently in stainless sheets as thin as .040 in./1 mm and greater and will become integral parts of an assembly. Only a mating nut is required for final component attachment.
