
Celestica names Robert Mionis as new CEO

TORONTO — Global electronics manufacturer Celestica Inc. has announce the appointment of Robert (Rob) Mionis as its new president and chief executive, effective Aug. 1.
Mionis, most recently an operating partner at private equity firm Pamplona Capital Management, has more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across a variety of industries, including the aerospace, industrial and semiconductor markets.
He is replacing Craig Muhlhauser, who announced his intention to retire back in October after nine years in the top job.
Muhlhauser will remain with Celestica as an adviser to the board of directors through the end of December.
