Emphatec’s INSTALINK-GLF Ground Loop Filter is said to be an economical way to eliminate the effects of ground loops in 4 to 20 mA loops. It provides isolation against up to 120 V of ground differential - not as much isolation as a typical loop isolator but the price is not nearly as much as a typical loop isolator.
Features include fast response time, a simple and low cost jumpering system, a make-before-break test jack for easy connection of a test meter and a housing that mounts on 32 and 35 mm DIN rails.
