Mitutoyo’s next generation i-Checker, Model IC-2000 was designed for efficient in-house calibration the following indicating gauges: Dial indicator, Dial test indicator, Dial comparator (Hicator), Bore gauge, Cylinder gauge, Digimatic indicator, Linear gauge, Electrical comparator (electronic micrometer, Mu-checker).
IC-2000 offers a measuring range of 100mm with inspection performed 2.5 times faster compared to previous model. The IC-2000 offers full-automatic inspection of digital indicators and semi-automatic inspection of analogue indicators. Many enriched inspection functions are supported by the dedicated I-Pak software including inspection that complies with various industrial standards. The operator can create their own inspection standard using the customizing function. The product also includes the ability to create and print out of simplified inspection certificate.
