Moxa latest switch portfolio designed to future-proof industrial networks.

Moxa has launch its latest line of Ethernet managed switches, including the EDS-4000/G4000 Series DIN-rail switches, MDS-G4000-4XGS Series modular DIN-rail switches, and RKS-G4028 Series rackmount switches. All three series support Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain (recovery < 20ms), dual isolated redundant power supplies and STP/RSTP/MSTP for network redundancy. The EDS-4000/G4000 Series encompasses 68 models ranging from 8 to 14 ports with features such as 90-watt 802.3bt PoE, 2.5 GbE connectivity and compliance with the IEC 62443-4-2 security standard. The RKS-G4028 Series are available in 22 models with up to 28 full Gigabit ports and 802.3bt PoE++ support. The switches are also comply with the IEC 62443-4-2 and IEC 61850-3/IEEE 1613, plus IEEE 1588 PTP for high-precision time synchronization. The MDS-G4000-4XGS Series offers models with up to 24 Gigabit and four 10GbE Ethernet ports. These switches feature a die-cast frame with superior vibration, wide temperature range, and shock resistance for robust reliability, the company says. www.moxa.com
