Teledyne DALSA  has extended its Genie Nano with color, monochrome and NIR GigE camera models featuring ON Semiconductor’s 2 and 5 megapixel Python image sensors. The six models – the M1930, C1930, M1930-NIR, M2590, C2590, and M2590-NIR – are capable of data transfer at 2 or even 3 times the standard GigE Vision rates, the company says. Measuring 44mm x 29mm x 21mm, the cameras weigh 46 grams and feature 2 inputs/2 opto-coupled outputs as well as a temperature range of -20 to 60°C. The Genie Nano series also use the company’s Sapera LT Software Development Kit (SDK) and Trigger-to-Image-Reliability framework for system-level monitoring, control, and diagnostics.
