Aerospace part supplier, Groupe Meloche, announced it will partner with FusiA Impression 3D Métal, the Canadian subsidiary of French metal 3D printing company, Group FusiA. Groupe FusiA specializes in the production of 3D printing metal parts for the aeronautics, space and defence sectors in France and Canada.
The Quebec-based supplier specializes in manufacturing engineering, machining, surface treatment, painting, value-added assemblies, and non-destructive testing for aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 integrators. Now, the company says the partnership will also to offer the latest technologies to its global aerospace customers.
“This strategic partnership enables us to add additive manufacturing technology to our offering and gives us a competitive edge in our mission as a world-class aerospace integrator,” said Hugue Meloche, President and Chief Executive Officer, Groupe Meloche.
