Power Transmission couplings Zero-MaxZero-Max A1C High Performance CD Couplings include improved clamp style hub for handling larger shafts and higher torque.
Zero-Max introduced its Series A1C High Performance CD Couplings, which feature high torsional stiffness and high dynamic load capacity. Torque capacities range from 40Nm to 564Nm with speed ratings from 6700 RPM to 15,000 RPM depending on model. Designed with improved clamp style hubs, the zero-backlash couplings can handle larger shafts and higher torque and provide superior shaft engagement.
All CD A1C components are made of premium materials. Its hubs are made from ISO grade 7075-T6 aluminum and are black anodized to MIL-A-8625 Type 2, Class 2 finish. Its recessed fasteners are ISO 4762 grade 12.9 socket head cap screws. Its composite disc is made of high precision composite material that is manufactured to strict aerospace and Six Sigma practices.
