WAGO I/O system provides dependable, cabinet-free automation.

WAGO introduced a IP67-rated I/O System Field offered with two types of housings: Cast zinc housings with encapsulated electronics and Non-encapsulated plastic housings with low mass for mobile applications. In both modules types current and voltage levels can be recorded and evaluated, and overload limits and alarms can be set for each channel. The zinc housing devices have input and output power ports for use with daisy chained modules. They are ProfiNet based, with support for EtherNet/IP and EtherCat protocols planned. These modules are also designed for the time-sensitive networking (TSN) standard, support OPC UA and MQTT communications and can be configured via Bluetooth. The non-encapsulated modules are IO-Link hubs and come in either 8 or 16 configurable DIO ports. Each channel is configurable for a 24VDC digital input or output rated at 2A per channel.
