Industrial Ethernet Switches

Harting released its line of Ha-VIS eCon Ethernet Switches designed for harsh industrial environments. Available in two housing designs, the plug & play switches reduce energy usage by up to 50 percent, the company says. They also feature Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), full Gigabit Ethernet and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. In addition to being suited for industrial applications, the switches are also suited to the maritime market and transportation technology.
