Linear Actuators

Thomson Industries, Inc. released a line of electric linear actuators featuring the company’s Electrak Modular Control System, which can handle bi-directional loads up to 10 kN (2250 lbs.) with stroke lengths up to 1000mm (39 inches). The actuator line carries IP69k (static), IP67 (static) and IP66 (static/dynamic) IP ratings and operate in temperatures ranging from – 40 to + 85 °C (- 40 to + 185 °F). They can also withstand salt spray for 200 hours, and are CE, RoHS and REACH (EU) certified. Optional out-of-the-box SAE-J1939 CAN bus communication is available, as well as optional low-level switching, end of stroke indication output, and a choice of analog or digital position feedback.
