MOONS’ Industries’ MS8HY Series stepper motor is small and light. The MS8HY Series motor was designed for maximum torque delivery in a small package and to support the widest possible range of installation scenarios. The MS8HY is available with either a square flange or a round flange. The round flange configuration reduces the motor’s diameter by nearly 19 percent, allowing it to fit where a less powerful motor would normally reside. With a width of just 20 millimeters, the MS8HY is the ideal stepper motor for applications in which space is at a premium. To accommodate tight spaces, the MS8HY is available with four different connection options. Clients can order the motor in a hard wired configuration along with side, front and back-facing plug configurations. Both the square and round versions of the motor are available with all four wiring configurations.
