Online part configurator

Wittenstein has developed an online CAD generator for product selection and part number generation. The online tool for alpha gearboxes includes visuals representing various part options and technical specifications for product review. In addition,
it also allows for complete drive train selection from gearbox to motor and interactive part number creation for complete part number (gearbox + motor).

As well as CAD drawings being sent via e-mail, the redesigned tool provides customers real-time access to the company’s database of standard products and motor data. According to the company, future developments for this tool include the addition of rack and pinion, couplings and actuators, to be added in the coming year.
