HARTING’s introduced its har-flex PCB connectors series, which includes straight connector versions, as well as insulation displacement connectors and right-angled configurations. Based on a 2-row, 1.27-mm grid, the har-flex series offers all even-numbered models from 6 to 100 pins that allows for optimal utilization of PCB real-estate. For mezzanine applications, series includes straight models in four different stack heights that allow parallel PCB distances from 8-13.8 mm to be bridged. The har-flex connector family in SMT technology is delivered in tape & reel packaging. 100 percent coplanarity testing and standard fitting with pick & place pads guarantee a simple, fully automatic and reliable assembly process, the company says.
