CARLO GAVAZZI released its next generation of proportional output 3-phase controllers, the RGC2P and RGC3P Series. This series covers 3-phase solid state switching controllers that deliver output power in proportion to the control input voltage or current as well as external potentiometer. The RGC2P series consists of a 3-phase, 2-pole switching device while the RGC3P series consists of 3-phase, 3-pole switching devices.
The RGC2P and RGC3P Series are available in two frame sizes: 54mm or 70mm wide. The RGC2P offers four current ratings of 15, 25, 40 and 75AAC per pole. The RGC3P offers three current ratings of 20, 30 and 65Amps per pole. The optional monitoring feature offers the possibility of detecting the status of mains and load, as well as for internal controller failures: open or short circuit and overheating. Alarming is implemented with an LED indication and a relay output.
