Rotary Position Sensors

NewTek Sensor Solutions now offers its RV series of rotary variable differential transformers (RVDT) that feature a full 360° mechanical range and provide an output proportional to shaft rotation over a range of ±30°. In addition, the sensor also offers AC-operation, an operating temperature range of -65°F to 221°F (-55°C to 105°C) and shock and vibration tolerance. Available in two sizes – size 8 (0.75 inch) and size 11 (1.06 inches) diameter , the series operates from 7.5 V rms (nominal) and provides an analog signal output.
