Temperature Probe

The Sensor Connection a division of Harold G. Schaevitz Industries LLC, has expanded its line of temperature sensors with the addition of the EGT-EP probes. The Exhaust Gas Temperature Probe is capable of temperatures up to 2,300 degrees F (1,300 degrees C). The EGT probe will fit most internal combustion engine exhaust systems from approximately .750-inch diameter up to about 4 inch diameter with nominal installation modifications. The EGT probe is 0.187-inch diameter (4.75mm) with a 90-degree bend to accommodate tight mounting locations. An adjustable (316 Stainless Steel) 1/8-inch NPT compression fitting adapter is included. The EGT probe cable lead length is 6 feet (1.8 meters) or 12 feet (3.6 meters). The probe cable is over-braided in stainless steel for heavy-duty abrasion resistance. The signal wires are FEP insulated.
