OES YPR-45-15-60 stage series features four motor options.

OES has released four three-axes stages designed for applications such as laser scanning, drilling, and machining, reverse engineering, inspection and positioning. The YPR-45-15-60 Series integrate a 60mm diameter rotary stage capable of 360 degrees of continuous operation, and two goniometers each having travel ranges of +/- 15 degrees and +/- 45 respectively.

This series features four motor options: stepper motor (-01), three phase-servo motor (-02), DC servo motor (-03) and stepper motor (-04) with quadrature optical encoders. The rotary axis of all versions has a maximum rotational speed of 30 degrees per second and has resolution of 0.002 degrees when 10 Micro-steps per Step Motor Driver is in use. The positional accuracy is 0.05 degrees, and repeatability is +/-0.01 degrees. The -02 and -03 versions move at the speed up to 45 degrees per second. This rotary axis has a precision pattern of threaded holes for mounting tooling or fixtures.

The goniometer (middle and lower) axes of the -01 and -04 versions have a maximum speed of 14 degrees per second. The positional accuracy of each axis is 0.05 degrees, and repeatability is +/-0.01 degrees. The -02 and -03 servo motor versions with Quadrature Incremental Optical Encoders travel at up to 45 degrees per second with greater resolution, accuracy, and repeatability.
