UR Cobot

Universal Robots has unveiled an enhanced version of its popular UR10e with an increased payload of 12.5kg (27.55lbs), but held to the same price point, the company says. As a result, the cobot model can now be used in palletizing applications with cartons weighing up to 10kg and a 2.5kg gripper. As with the previous version, the updated UR10e continues to provide plug-and-play compatibility with products from Universal Robots’ UR+ ecosystem of hardware and software peripherals. UR says its global distributors are accepting pre-orders, with shipments to following in the second half of June.
