SAMPLE CONDITIONING REMOVES WATER
Staff
General DPNGas conditioning products from Perma Pure feature the company's proprietary Nafion technology for use with analytical instrumentation. The technology selectively removes only water from samples gases, leaving the rest of the gas sample unaffected. Unlike chillers and condensers, Nafion requires no power to operate and prevents the loss of water-soluble gasses through dissolution in condensate.
The PD-Series, MD-Series and heated MDH-Series dryers operate over a wide range of temperatures, pressures and flow rates, and dry to dew points as low as -45°C to suit a range of analytical applications. In addition to drying gases, Nafion technology works equally well to humidify gas streams without loss of analytes. The ME-Series moisture exchangers use Nafion membrane tubing to transfer water to or from a gas stream.
