The WEG CFW-09 Vectrue Inverter variable frequency drives are said to incorporate the most advanced technology in drives for 3-phase ac induction motors. The technology allows the drives to combine V/F sensorless vector and closed loop vector (with encoder) control techniques in one product.
The Optimal Braking feature is also said to eliminate the need for the dynamic braking resistor in some applications.
