Gescan to offer full Festo product line across Western Canada

March 21, 2025 – Festo Canada has signed an authorized distributor agreement with Gescan—an electrical distributor with 29 branches spread across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

“As a full stocking distributor, Gescan will offer value-add assemblies of Festo air preparation units and valve manifolds, in addition to all components from the full range of products—from pneumatic consumables to fully assembled interpolated gantry systems,” said Festo Canada’s national channel manager Chris Hemming.

A Sonepar company, Gescan now sells and supports the complete Festo product portfolio.

Gescan joins Electrozad and Aztec—electrical distributors serving the Ontario market—as the third Sonepar company to partner with Festo in Canada.

Founded in 1925, Festo is a global supplier of automation technology and technical education. Meanwhile, Festo Canada is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
