Instant Measurement System

Keyence introduces the new Instant Measurement System, the IM-7000. The IM Series offers 1-click operations and up to 99 dimensional measurements in seconds. It includes automatic data collection, SPC and inspection reports. With accurate and consistent results this system is easy to program and offers CAD import. The new model includes the above but also adds 2x the field of view, 4x the measurement volume, 3x faster stitching and newly-developed “light probe”. This measurement technology allows to measure larger and more complex components.
