MOVILINK DDI cable

igus has introduced its CFSPECIAL.192, a hybrid cable for SEW Eurodrive’s MOVILINK DDI technology. The cable provides 500% more tensile strength than a standard MOVILINK DDI cable, the company says. Designed specifically for hanging applications in e-chains, the CFSPECIAL.192 incorporates a high-tensile aramid support element in the cable jacket that allows for the use of mast heights five times that of standard cables. According to igus, the hybrid cable eliminates the need for a second cable reducing installation space and system weight.
