ABB, a global power and automation technology company, has acquired Calgary-based Ber-Mac Electrical and Instrumentation Ltd., boosting its presence in Western Canada. Ber-Mac provides industrial automation, electrical and instrumentation design and other services to companies in the oil and gas and other industries.
