Rotary Encoders

HEIDENHAIN released next generation of RENCO rotary encoders including an upgraded R35i model and the R35iL low profile encoder. Designed for brushless DC and stepper motors, both encoder models feature a new OPTO-ASIC, as well as a diagnostic and field programming (DFP) feature that allows users to perform mounting checks, simple diagnostic functions, and electronic commutation setting. Additional features include an extended tolerance on mounting specifications, increased output frequency performance up to 1.83 MHz and reduced height down to 8.6mm.
