Curtiss-Wright adds Hiperface DSL Stegmann to GTX actuator’s feedback options.

Curtiss-Wright Corporation’s Industrial Division has added Hiperface DSL Stegmann Absolute Encoders as a part of the available Rockwell Automation feedback options for its GTX Series. With the release of the DSL encoder technology, customers can integrate Exlar GTX products with Rockwell Automation Kinetix 5500 and 5700 amplifiers. The GTX family is also part of the Rockwell Automation Enabled program, meaning GTX actuators can be selected within the RSLogix5000 programming software, like any Rockwell Automation product.
