Hayward Flow Control released its single phase, multi-speed A-Series LifeStar XE line of Aquatic Pumps. The pumps were developed to comply with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) requirements for single phase pumps in the 3/4HP through 3HP range. The line features programmable functionality with up to six selectable speeds. It features a corrosion-resistant glass filled polypropylene housing with a silicon carbide shaft seal and all-wetted hardware manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel. It also features a self-priming pump, clear basket strainer, dual voltage and 2-inch socket x 2-1/2-inch spigot PVC true union connections.
