Endress+Hauser Teqwave H offers in-line concentration measurement for food+beverage production.

Endress+Hauser introduced its in-line Teqwave H analyzer, a concentration measurement system suited to applications, such as monitoring sugar content in fruit juices and distilled beverages or the concentration of cleaning agents. The analyzer features a stainless-steel measuring tube with a full-bore design that prevents material accumulation. The Teqwave H can measure different concentrations at the same time using one sensor. Concentration datasets are preinstalled for the most common beverages and cleaning agents. It’s also possible to read in additional parameters, such as acid content.

The system also measures, displays and compensates for disturbance variables such as particles and gas bubbles. It simultaneously records multiple measured values that are essential for process control, such as concentrations, speed of sound, acoustic density, and temperature in many different fluids, and then forwards them to the process control systems. Access to all measurement data is available via conventional 4–20 mA or Modbus TCP.
