Telescoping Linear Actuators

Rollon introduced its TLS Series of telescoping linear actuators, designed for applications with minimal vertical clearance. Available in two- or three-stage versions, the actuators feature a telescopic design that enables long stroke lengths with minimal closed lengths. It also features a synchronized drive system, requiring a single motor, and are equipped with a built-in automated lubrication system. The series comes in four sizes (100, 230, 280 and 360) with up to a 3,000-millimeter stroke length in a single direction. Maximum speed tops out at 6 meters/second with acceleration up to 20 meters/second. Repeatability is down to ±0.05 millimeters.
