Additive Manufacturing metal XJetThe XJet Carmel 1400 features a build envelope of 500x280x200mm while the Carmel 700 has a slightly smaller envelope of 500x140x200mm.
XJet introduces two new AM systems, the Carmel 1400 and the Carmel 700, for ceramics and metal. Featuring the company’s patented NanoParticle Jetting technology, the XJet Carmel Product Line separate nanoparticle “inks” or fluids for the build material and the support material. This allows manufacturers to produce ceramic or metal parts with the ease and versatility of inkjet printing. The XJet Carmel 1400 features a 1,400-square cm build tray for high-capacity production and a unique ability to print both ceramics and metals and boasts a build envelope of 500x280x200mm, while the Carmel 700 has a slightly smaller envelope of 500x140x200mm.
