ROHS-COMPLIANT SOIC TO DIP ADAPTER

Aries Electronics has introduced a RoHS-compliant version of its SOIC to DIP Correct-A-Chip adapter. The adapter offers a method of upgrading to an SOIC without changing the PCB layout. The top of the adapter accepts SOIC D or SOIC L packages and the bottom is available in DIP pin counts from eight through 28 pins. The adapter is available on 0.3, 0.4 or 0.6 in. pitch centres.
