Magnetic Couplings

Miki Pulley introduced a line of couplings incorporating neodymium magnets to transmit torque rather than a mechanical connection. These couplings have an engineered torque limit at specific air gap, with the maximum torque adjusted by increasing or decreasing the distance between hubs. Applications include automation within assembly systems, pumps, compressors and transmissions in closed containers. Miki Pulley offers four different models with a torque range between 2.66-1610 lbs. The size range of the bore varies between 8mm-55mm.
