HARTING adds configuration options its Han-Yellock connector series.

HARTING announced it has added configuration options to its Han-Yellock industrial connector series, including a universal hood and socket housings to fit both sizes of this self-contained interface. The Han-Yellock also features an integral locking system with push button technology. The universal hood is designed to make cable layout even flexible, providing enough space for a range of cable entry combinations. The drillings can be used for layouts ranging from 3x M20, 2x M25, 2x M32 to 1x M50 cable glands. Individual cables can be fed in, fitted with separate, even standard cable connections.

The Han-Yellock socket housings offer one- and two-cable inputs, available in metric thread sizes M25, M32 and M40. These aluminum connection boxes have lateral functional surfaces that also can be used for cable input. The socket and sleeve housings are separate parts so users can fit the insulation body from the connector or socket side without using tools. This makes Han-Yellock suitable for applications requiring a 90° cable duct or locating in an angled space.
