Arc-Shaped Motor

Electromate announced it now offers Infinity Series arc-shaped motors. Arc-shaped motor segments can be used individually or interconnected to create partial arc segment motion or full 360-degree rotary motion. Modular construction allows for virtually unlimited diameter and large through holes. The motor’s direct drive technology delivers continuous torque of .65 to 63Nm and peak torque of 1.95 to 190Nm. Its outer diameter measures 112 to 765mm with an axial length of 20 to 40mm. All models are compatible with a wide range of controllers and drives. Windings and form factors can be customized to meet application requirements.
