Compact Controller

WAGO announced that its small-scale PLC, the Compact Controller 100 now includes BACnet, OPC/UA and DNP3 protocols, as well as MODBUS TCP/UDP, EtherNet/IP or EtherCAT using the two on board EtherNet ports. The controller also supports programming via Codesys 3.5, which allows coding in IEC 61131-3 compatible languages and building HTML 5 visualization for its built-in web server. The controller’s two Ethernet ports can be assigned two unique IP addresses, with one port for field devices and the other for SCADA or cloud services. The model also provides a variety of built-in digital and analog I/O plus RTD inputs, that can can be used with WAGO’s 750-362 MODBUS Coupler for I/O expansion.
